Business Analysis

Enabling change within organisations by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.

What is Business Analysis?

Business Analysts are responsible for reviewing and analysing business processes then making recommendations on how to improve or create efficiencies. Jim Kelly

Former British Army Airborne SNCO, who specialised in a number of different disciplines throughout my military career inc. CBRN, CIMIC, PsyOPs, SERE, Combat Boat Operations, EOD and High Risk Search in the Counter Terrorist role. The common thread that ran through all of these was the need to assimilate new and diverse skills rapidly and then instruct others on the subject matter, often with limited infrastructure and sometimes to students who couldnt even speak English when working with partner nations. A project manager by trade, my last role - and first after leaving the military - was an Oerations Officer for a UK based defence contractor.
