What is the SAP Pathway?

In this course, you'll learn how to - plot and optimise graphs using good visualisation principles, interpret basic descriptive statistics, understand and plot frequency distributions, use and adapt pivot tables, understand variants and measures of central tendency and understand misleading statistics and how to avoid them.

The course will provide you with the core skills required to transform unprocessed data into insights that can enable decision making. With the mantra 'learn by doing', this course teaches the fundamentals of data analysis through interactive and practical content. This course provides an overview of SAP S/4HANA for learners who do not yet have specific SAP background knowledge and want to build SAP S/4HANA skills. 

The course is recommended as entry point to the SAP S/4HANA curriculum and provides the basics that are required before continuing a learning path to specific areas of interest.

Mel O’Sullivan

Mel served as a Supply Chain Logistics Officer with the Australian Army. SAP came into Mel’s life when she worked as a Super User on SAP ERP for a large multinational in concrete manufacturing. Mel showed that the combination of military skill sets and SAP Operator skills across all the pillars of SAP ERP is a powerful one. Mel combines great stories and technical content to teach SAP ERP in a relevant, easy to understand and down to earth manner. WYWM – translating SAP for Veterans.

Julian Malisano

Julian is a former Materials Scientist turned Data Analytics Instructor. He earned his PhD from the University of Oxford where he subsequently worked in research and teaching. Through his research he has developed an in depth experience in analysing and interpreting complex data.

Lachlan Vaughan-Taylor

Lachlan has a masters degree in particle physics research. He worked on the Belle II particle collider collaboration, running energy calibration of the detector that measures the asymmetry between matter and antimatter. He also loves 1980s Sci-Fi movies.

Lachlan has a fascination with big data, statistics and machine learning, and believes in breaking down the barriers to understanding the world of data.
