What is the Service Desk pipeline?

Ray Burge

"Ray has spent the last 13 years honing his abilities as a Service Desk specialist. Starting back in 2008 working for IBM Australia supporting AppleCare, since then he has supported such companies as Virgin Australia, FKP, Mulpha, Triumph International (No, not the motorcycle company), Esri Australia, Serco Sodexo Defence Services, Suncorp, Optus Business.

Ray has also expanded this knowledge out of just Service Desk and Service Delivery but also to things such as SharePoint Online, Power Automate, K2 and Power Apps. When he is out of the office, Ray dabbles in Photoshop design work for his affiliated Twitch Stream as well as doing external works for other twitch streamers. "
